Refunds and cancellation

The trial costs nothing, cancelling takes one tap, and here is exactly what happens to your money.

The free trial

Every new subscription starts with three free days. Razorpay charges ₹5 to confirm your UPI AutoPay, card or net-banking mandate and refunds it automatically within a few working days — it never becomes ours. Cancel any time during those three days and nothing else is ever charged.

Cancelling

Open the Family screen in the app and tap End the subscription. That stops the next charge. If you have already paid for the current month, Zolu keeps teaching until that month ends; there is no partial refund for the days left in it.

When we refund

  • The ₹5 mandate confirmation: always, automatically, by Razorpay.
  • A charge taken after you cancelled: in full, within seven working days of you telling us.
  • A month in which Zolu Learn was unavailable to you for more than three days because of us: that month, in full, on request.
  • A charge you did not authorise: tell us and your bank; we refund on Razorpay's confirmation.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay, and usually take five to seven working days to show.

When we do not

A month that has started and been used is not refunded because a child lost interest or a device changed — cancel instead, and nothing more is charged. Store-bought subscriptions, if we ever offer them, follow the store's own refund rules.
