What you receive
A subscription to Zolu Learn gives one family access to the spoken maths tutor at zolulearn.com — every lesson from kindergarten to Class 4, for up to three children, in English or Hindi. It is used in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. No physical goods, discs, books or devices are supplied or shipped.
How and when it is delivered
Access is switched on immediately after you complete sign-up at zolulearn.com/start. Sign in with the email you used and your child can begin the first lesson straight away, during the free trial and for every month the subscription is active. Nothing is dispatched, so there are no shipping charges, delivery times or tracking numbers.
Exchanges
Because nothing physical is supplied, there is nothing to exchange or return. If a lesson does not work on your device, write to us and we will fix it or refund you as set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
If access does not start
If you have paid and cannot open a lesson within a few minutes, write to admin@wystan.in from the email on your account. A person answers, usually the same day, and always within two working days.
