Who we are

Zolu Learn (zolulearn.com and the Zolu Learn apps) is a product of Wystan Health Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U87900WB2024PTC267941) with its registered office at 4/1F New Kasia Bagan Lane, Ground Floor, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata – 700017, West Bengal, India. “We” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the parent or guardian who opens the account.

Who may use it

Accounts are opened by adults. Zolu Learn is made for children from kindergarten to Class 4 to use with a parent's permission, on the parent's account. You are responsible for how your account and devices are used.

The subscription and the free trial

• Zolu Learn is sold as a monthly subscription of ₹999, inclusive of taxes, through Razorpay.
• Every new subscription begins with a free trial of three days. To start it you authorise a recurring payment (UPI AutoPay, a card or a net-banking mandate). Razorpay charges ₹5 to confirm the mandate and refunds it automatically.
• The first ₹999 is charged when the trial ends, and then every month on the same date, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the Family screen in the app. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged. Cancelling later stops the next charge; the month already paid for runs to its end.
• If a charge fails, Razorpay retries it for a few days and Zolu keeps teaching for a short grace period; if it keeps failing, the subscription is paused until a payment goes through.
• We may change the price with at least thirty days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that.

What you may and may not do

• Use Zolu Learn for your own household. One account serves up to six children; it is not for schools, tuition centres or resale without a written agreement with us.
• Do not copy, record, scrape or redistribute the lessons, their words, pictures, sounds or software; they are ours or licensed to us.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to bypass the subscription.

Zolu is a tutor, not a school

Zolu Learn supports a child's maths; it does not replace their school, their teacher or your attention, and we make no promise about marks, ranks or admissions. The tutor's spoken answers come from an AI model and can be wrong; a lesson's written content is authored and checked by us.

Your data

How we handle your information, and your child's voice, is set out in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Zolu Learn available and correct but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Ending an account

You can delete your account at any time from the Family screen in the app; this cancels any subscription and removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
