• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love Zolu. Devices may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• To start a return, email hello@zolulearn.com with your order number.
• Content cards are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene and content-integrity reasons.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within the warranty period and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.
